Sifu Ted Wong & Me
I just came back from a two-day seminar in Boulder, Colorado (USA) with Sifu Ted Wong and Sifu Mike Gittleson , Sifu Mike Rutter. I learned a lot about how to throw correct uppercuts and hooks, how to have proper form, and the importance of footwork. I would like to thank everyone that I trained with that gave me tips, especially Mike, Dan, Ledell, & both Sifu Mike Gittleson, Sifu Mike Rutter and Sifu Ted Wong.
I look forward to next year's seminar and hope to be back in the United States of America.
